How do I determine the correct size for my brace?

Each product page includes a specific sizing chart and measurement guide. We recommend using a soft tape measure to ensure the most accurate fit based on the anatomical landmarks indicated.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday typically ship the same day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for medical supports?

We offer a 45-day return policy. Items must be in new, resaleable condition and include all original packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of wear or skin contact cannot be returned.

Do you accept health insurance or HSA/FSA cards?

While we do not bill insurance companies directly, our products are typically HSA and FSA eligible. You can use your HSA/FSA card at checkout just like a standard credit card.

Can I wash my brace or support?

Most of our braces can be hand-washed with mild soap and cold water. We recommend air-drying only, as high heat from a dryer can damage the elastic fibers and hook-and-loop fasteners.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
