At BraceAbility, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your recovery; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 45 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in new condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Brace

  Securely place the item in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
